over did it on my "cheat day" a little bit. Normal breakfast of a protein bar and lunch a protein bar and cheese stick. But early dinner is where i did it. Ordered Papa John's 10" cheese sticks and a small double chicken and pineapple pizza (light sauce) but watching a Movie i ended up eating it all before i knew what i did. (all but 1 cheese stick which i let the dog have)
i felt it this morning when i woke up, TMI time.....when i had my bowel movement.
good think only showing 2 lbs gain from chest day.
side note seems funny that for days now when i have had my weight loss or gain it has been in even lbs keeps ending with xxx.2 lbs. Nothing special but found it odd/funny.
oh yeah almost forgot, i had 1 lrg glass of Pepsi with 3/4 filled ice. was my first soda in over 2 months. (over all the pizza and pop really wasn't that tasty, i seem to be losing my taste for the food and pop, (taste buds changing).
