Dropped 2kgs in the first 2 days of the riots after not eating a single thing due to anxiety. My house is not even 200m from a spar that they were trying to loot with an open field next door granting access to the suburb. Ate 1 meal on the third day and on day 4 and 5 ate whatever I wanted to. Worked out for the first time on Saturday and Sunday again. Back to my regular routine now.
