doing really good this week but I'm on day 5 and I have a awful headache !!!

I had the same problem, for about three days. It got better for me and I am going to bet for you too. Hang in there!

Thanks for letting me know :), I hope it ends soon, I also have no energy but I hear that is normal for the first weeks sometimes :)

I didn't have this so called "energy surge" either! I am feeling much better but we certainly all go through it differently! I can't say I feel like running track or anything but I am not feeling so tired and worn out as I was. I got the headaches and upset stomach to go along with it all. :) It does get better. I have been on it for almost two weeks. :) AND I haven't lost 15lbs either! :) But I am feeling better and my blood sugar has dropped, which is great considering it was really high! I am rooting for you!
