Ini tadinya diatasnya mau di kasih roti lagi cuma aku mikir keknya kebanyakan deh jadi cukup 1 roti aja yang di potong jadi dua,dan akhirnya bentukannya kek gitu😂ini isiannya full protein banget( telur,ayam,kornet+sayuran )kalori cuma 350an aja.
