Just half a pound this week, despite being under calorie count of 1700 most days. The Nhs website advises 2300 a day but that seems far too much. I know I'm still too sedentary, it's a vicious circle, my mobility is impaired, I find it difficult to get about so I don't move much, I don't lose much weight and mobility is still impaired.

So, yes, it's hard to stay upbeat, at times, but I have lost 37 pounds, which is half a thin woman if you look at it. definitely a child or the weight of my staffy. So I will not be defeated by this. Not again!! By Grabthors hammer I will win! 😄
