I'm 23 years old, I've gain 100 pounds the year before last, during my pregnancy. so last year january i started my weight lost journey, and i lost 95 pounds so far. but my body is still not as tone as it was before my pregnancy. the fat on my body is giggly. so now i'm at the point where i have to lose much more weight then before the pregnancy, i'm hoping that 25 pound will tone my body and will be a good size for me, I've been 140 before, and i can't imagine me to weight lest than that. so i'm really hoping that 25 pound will complete my weight lose journey. My arm has alway been a problem for me..but now it's an even more problem for me,,,if anyone has any tips or some advice feel free to sure......
