That's OK. You can keep it. I used to love that kind of stuff when I was younger. But nowadays, it hurts at both ends and I'm not so enamored.

I use it (1 tsp) in wet brines for pork & chicken. Taste w/o heat .. I also rub it in my eyes for penance and it largely explains why I behave myself 🙃
