I literally Hate myself. I lost 4 lb between Mon-Fri & have now put it all back on again over the weekend

If you kept within your calories and macros the whole week and had a gain, I would be concerned. If not.. let your body adjust and process the weekend meals 😊

If you can do Mon-Fri you can do Mon-Sun 🤜 weekends can be tricky especially if going out, normally try for a TDEE maintenence day, but salt/alcohol can carry over to Monday weigh ins.

Wins and losses, never quit - u got this! I usually focus on a weekly situation, be it weigh in or calorie bank - just keep ur eye on the prize!
