Fell off the wagon, so I just ended up eating and eating until i was satisfied and now i'm back on the metaphorical horse.
I didn't binge this time though which is a little victory in itself, and I did a lot of hard exercise today, even thought tomorrow unfortunately I wont be swimming, so i think ima go to the park and just do some walk rounds for like, a good hour or something, or maybe some light calisthenics. Not sure yet.. But yeh, almost done with day one, so here comes day two, I wont let anything come between me and my goal.
