Stuck to the diet yesterday, which was hard because I returned from my vacation to no food in the house. I was able to pull a decent diet day together and woke up today to 146.6, which is 0.6 lb less than yesterday anyway. I also managed to work out yesterday too, it was a circuit training day, so that was good. My schedule is very hectic today but I brought a Slimfast to work this morning, a Smart Ones sandwich for lunch, Clif bars or a granola bar for a snack. So I hope I'm all set!...
