left overs from Phillips , I have been eating all the left overs that I plate up for phil ,🥰👌 

I wish I could try your gravy one day! That thick, dark coloured sauce is looking so good 😍 

Always home made , pan juices ,beef cubes ,red wine ,touch of gravox not much ,flour plain, water ,think that is it 🥰💌

Jomo, thanks for your concern much appreciated, had another asthma attack, Dr has said to put oxygen up another level. knocks me around a bit getting there thanks 🥰👍 

Trish sorry to hear about the asthma (i know only too well what that’s like) look after yourself. I’m wondering why? Have you had allergy tests ? Getting away from your allergy triggers can make a huge difference - Are you getting asthma at night or in the early morning? It might be your bed or bedding. We had all the carpets ripped up and replaced with hard flooring here, bought a new mattress, and I got a dyson vacuum cleaner which eliminates the microscopic dust particles, we vaccuum all the bedding every time the bed is changed. I have not had serious asthma since then, over 3&1/2 years now. We were planning air filtration, one of those ion neutralising units, but after the floors were fixed and housedust eliminated, bedding dealt with, I didn’t need to filter the air as well (though I might still do it for general health) 

This is embarrassing, putting it all out 🥰🙏
