Ahh! Why did the scale stop moving? I've been doing just as good with my eating and better with my exercise as before, but I weigh the same. I'm determined not to slack off...hopefully as the weather gets nicer, I'll spend some more time outside...I really don't want to cut my calories any more!

my scales always stagger at one point. it's bound to happen. even if i'm doin everything right. scales r a bad way of measuring progress. ok not the best way. i suggest doing the "jeans test"

it could be that your gaining muscle, if your tummy is trimming down and your scale stays the same that's the usual case. Keep at it!
