LI day ke 20 putran ke 2 (GGL) lowerbody
MasyaAllah ini bener2 berat banget pas lunges ,paha kanan kiri brasa panas,lalu pas bridges aq tambahin beban 5kilo di perut juga brasa banged di paha blakang sampe otot p*nt*t 🤣💪🏻
