方式:減醣+168+運動💪
餐點:每天中餐一定滿滿一大盤,加上早餐的熱量,都有吃到基代!
告訴自己,減重不能只靠少吃,復胖很快不持久~

酪梨喜歡沾著蒜蓉醬油吃❤️好像是南部特有的吃法,公婆不敢這樣吃,都要打成酪梨牛奶才敢喝
