First time baking French toast instead of doing it in a pan and Im wondering why I havent tried it sooner! Bread, egg whites, sweetener, nutmeg and cinnamon. Almost no fat added in cooking means 3 pieces come out to about 300 calories.

use nature's harvest 40cal bread. it holds up fine and cooks good. I usually do 5 slices with 50g blueberries. and is only a few hundred cals once said and done if using sugar free syrup.
