Got back from out-of-state last night. In my eyes, I was "good" half the time and bad the other half. I did carry around Clif bars in my purse, only drank bottled water, and hit the grocery store for 1% chocolate milk and Greek yogurt for my smoothies, cottage cheese, eggs to hardboil, Babybel cheese, etc. So half the time I ate those things. The other half of the time I ate Digiorno stuffed crust pizza, Applebee's, Long John Silver's, and a homemade equivilant of the KCF chicken bowl with mashed potatoes, gravy, chicken and corn.

I meant to hit the gym in my hometown, but I never had (never made?) time... :(

I weigh 147.2 today, so it could be MUCH worse!! I am so back on track today!
