Yipee!! I am continuing to lose weight. Slowly but losing. I realize it is hard for those of us that are over 60, OK almost 70 but I will continue to work at it. I am learning to make good choices when not at home when eating. That is the tricky part I think. It is snowing like mad here in North Idaho. What is that all about it is almost April? Oh well it is pretty but it just draws out the spring breakup longer.

I do agree with you it is a bit harder as we get older to lose. Those pounds and inches just do not want to go away easily. I think for me it is because I cannot exercise like I could when I was younger. I am 66, I look much younger and I think it is because of healthy eating and the working out that I am able to do. Eating junk food and processed food a lot takes it tole on us physically and mentally. I just keep plugging away at it and it sounds like you are too. Keep up the good work. :-)
