well apparently today i did worse than yesterday so today is my official cheat day....went over 141 calories.... but I feel a tad better...i am sure if I exercised more today it wouldn't feel like such a big deal! I am too hard on myself and it's starting to get to me. I will not give up though I love all the compliments and feeling full of energy...it doesn't help with feeling sick lately. Monday is off to a fresh start!
