Thank you, Margaret! Thanks, Suma. I do follow quite a lot of recipes, other meals I’ve just made up over time and some have stuck in the list of regulars. Because I like to cook seasonally, and I like to plan in variety, macros etc, usually I start with an ingredient or two and then work it out from there. For this I wanted to do mackerel, and there is lots of mint in the garden, and I had a little cauliflower I thought would go well, so I googled those and found a recipe on BBC good food, which I followed in the style of jazz…😂
