This isn’t easy. This isn’t a walk in the park. I haven’t had a shortcut, I’ve lost almost 100lbs so far. It can be done. I have to coach myself every single day. I feel your pain. I’m in it too. It CAN be done. Step by step. You stop, you don’t make it to the destination.
This is week 2, back at it, after about a 8 week break) consecutive working out 4x a week, M-Thu 30 min of water cardio exercising. Calorie counting, and practicing self love/self care.
