I have found that when I load up on an extra 100 grams or so of carbs after a heavy lifting day it really brings out the bloat, just dialing it back and doing a cardio only day really dries me out with a big swing in water weight. I suspect this could be my lowest weight until sometime next week but I'm ok with that, the festivities of the weekend will likely come with some extra calories.

Wow you're doing so well I've started September 30th lost 5 pounds I never lose weight it's so hard for my body to lose weight I'm still at it😢
