Just two weeks of proper macros and the new heavy lifting routine and ive dropped 7lbs AND dropped 2 inches off my waist. Ive got to 17 before but waist was 44"- that was with a lot of cardio- this last two weeks ive done 2 x HIIT sessions and done two- three walks.
Ill keep Macros on point another two weeks at

3-4 lb off next two weeks will see me happy.
