Klo yoghurt kaya gituan mengandung banyak gula, minuman kemasan kurang baik, walaupun itu yoghurt sekalipun, saran aku kalo gak sempet makan siang, bawa aja kacang Mede panggang/ almond sebagai cemilan, 20 biji per hari juga cukup.
