I'm one of those folks that's way into food texture. How does it chew, fall apart, taste..that probably one reason I like breads and other baked goods. But then there are veggies like broccoli... love how that chews..I like FS because I'm not restricted. Sure that kind of freedom does not mean I don't have to make good choices, but it does allow me to enjoy most things with an eye on my daily caloric intake...that really is liberating as I continue to work my goals! 😊
