月經第六天一切回歸正常身體狀態
月經來運動強度不減沒有不舒服狀況
昨天有點貪嘴吃了一塊巧克力+少量餅乾
在6小時內吃完
依舊搭配可可粉+飲品飽足感提升飢餓感下降
