For the first time in almost 12 weeks, I think my weight loss is starting to stall. I've been drastically up since Saturday.
Unfortunately, I think I need to start consistently journaling my food. I need to ensure I'm eating enough calories, vary my food choices, and drinking enough water. More trips to the gym, too!
The "easy" (yeah, right) road is over. Time to step up!
