Covid...I did so well...and then November 2020 hit! I'm still amazed that a person can gain so much weight in a short time. When I woke up with a 20 lb gain in less than 3 months it was time to act (again). love this app because there is no BS. I can see what I eat and what I do (or don't do! lol) I'm down 12 from my covid high (not to be confused with any other high) 😅 The good news is I'm hitting the gym, eating much better, tracking my activities and progress...but the main thing...I'm extending a great deal of grace to myself...discipline while important is a gentle thing..
