weight is all over the place these last two weeks - but my nutrition has sucked, so that's no surprise.
hurt myself a little yesterday on squats. did 5 reps at 335 and was geared up to shoot for 10 at 300, but then I accidentally sucked in some sweat or spit or both while inhaling on the way down for the third rep, lost concentration, and bottomed out - fully disengaging, sitting on my heels with 300 pounds on my shoulder. I know I should have just leaned back into the safety arms and let it go, but I powered through it anyway. now I'm paying for it.
a bit of back work today, but nothing crazy, as my left lat is still a but sore from standing up off my butt with 300 additional pounds on my shoulder yesterday lol
