Timbang saat sdh sarapan dan olah raga, lega bisa tembus 70, bye bye 80 😀, diet ketat 2 Bulan 2 Minggu, dan 2 Minggu ini sdh normal tdk diet (Total turun hampir 19 kg) tp tetap kontrol kalori lwt aplikasi (masih makan mie ayam, mie jowo, ayam kremes, dll) dan olah raga per hari diatas 50 menit, yg penting tahu dasar diet (pengalaman jg penting, lama lama tahu rulenya kok) tetap bisa turun BBnya 🥰
