I've been recordinh a weight around or under 165 since Wednesday but didn't want to record it until it felt like I was officially under the weight of my first goal post. Being back in the normal BMI range feels great. There's only 2 dresses in my closet that don't fit. I'll update my goal weight but now it's more about regaining my muscle mass and fitness not just losing fat.
