I don't know who might be reading this so I suppose I'll just be honest with myself and whoever else. So today I didn't have time for breakfast or a snack at break. I left college early and ate my lunch on the bus at around 12.45. I ate my dinner at around half 6, it wasn't very healthy. I haven't eaten anything else since then. Lunch - 1 x small mini cheddars 1 ham sandwich on white bread 1 can of diet coke Dinner - 1 bowl of chicken and vegetable curry with white rice 2 glasses of diet coke.
I've also been supplementing my meals with Bladderwrack tablets, which are supposed to reduce the amount of fat digested. I've taken two today, one after each meal.
