I have not weighed in since the family celebrations from the 4th to 8th of June. I was mindful of food choices MOST of the time. Raspberries as my only fruit. No bread, potatoes, pasta or sugary substances EXCEPT FOR this birthday cake, which consisted of about 75 macarons filled with butter cream or ganache. Flavours included dark chocolate, salted caramel, pistachio, raspberry and vanilla. I tried a few. The 50th birthday of your eldest child is a time for indulgence and get back to monitoring nutrition ASAP.
