I went to Houston for a 10 day visit after the pandemic; so it’s been about a year. All my family and friends live there. I live in Nashville and have been here for 9 years almost; which is just crazy. I never intended to be here for more than 2. But, that’s a different story for a different day.
I ate the town, I came back last Sunday and since Monday I have been tracking my food again and exercising every day. I am going to try to lose these 10 pounds that I have left to lose before Christmas if it’s the last thing I fucking do! 😂 So help me God.
