Bikram, why did I ever quit you?!?
Forgot how amazing that class is. Hopefully I can find time/money to go at least twice a week. I feel amazing just after one class--walking taller, joints moving more smoothly, and I just feel cleaner. Byebye nasty toxins. Hello strong body.
