Shezz428/ sure! it's easy!
1. Melt a knob of butter in a frying pan
2. Add some vegetables and cook for 1–2 minutes, until wilted.
(you can use any kind of vegetables from your refrigerator. I used spinach, red onion, cherry tomatoes!)
3. In a bowl, beat the eggs until just mixed. and then Pour in the beaten eggs, then tilt the pan to distribute the eggs evenly.
4. Sprinkle over the cheese and spinach while the egg is still slightly runny in the middle, then remove the pan from the heat.
5. Using a spatula, fold one half of the omelette into the middle, then turn the omelette onto a warm plate folding over itself.
6. and enjoy 😉!
