Killer cardio session at OTB on the CardioGlide I found on the side of the road. Machine was brand new but needed new batteries and a sensor adjustment. Now I have to find padding for the handles because I got blisters on the insides of my fingers from riding it for an hour!
100.6 kg Lost so far: 17.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
