Monday's efforts and discipline of sticking to the eating plan and fighting the temptations of Valentines Day sweets have really paid off. Down 1.5 lbs from yesterday! Just 1 lb away from last week's check-in before the weekend started and I totally blew off my eating and ended up gaining back all the hard work I did all last week.

I'm still doing low carb. Picked up a mini crustless quiche for breakfast; and still figuring out what i'll have for lunch. I'm definitely planning to go to the farmers market or the grocery store to pick up some fruit. Can't do chocolate or cookies to calm my sweet tooth; now it has to be fruit.

Also last night, I was only planning to do a 30min workout (Jillian Michael's Boost Metabolism); but when I was done with that, I had enough energy to do Debbie Siebers' Cardio Core Express. Boy, was I sweatin'!! I felt a little sick afterwards, but allowed myself plenty of time post-stretch to get my heart rate down and to ground myself. For this evening though, not sure if i'll do 30min or an hour...let's see how I feel.
