So another day flat vs the previous.
Actually when I first stepped on the scale this morning it was at 61.4 and I was like "oh yes!" then i stepped back on again (I normally do it 3x to be sure) and nope - it was an oopsie.
Crappy though... I was all happy.
I've started now to run out reasons why I had the sudden kilo up. It can't be salt, it can't be dydration or water retention, it MIGHT be PMS but thats still unlikely, it could have been that i dove the last two weeks into peanutbutter - but now with a week "off" you'd think I'd have seen a slight drop. It can't really be stomach issues anymore, while I do feel I have some digestion issues I wouldn't say enough for a week/two weeks consistent at a kilo heavier. So this could be that I just gained a kilo... and I just can't really finger the reason. My calories are consistently very low (well... except that I might have miscalculated the peannut butter the last couple of weekends). My net carbs are fine, pretty much everything is the same.
Now I'm at a point where I think, ok... I can give it another week no PB, just try to consistently eat what Im eating right now. The only latest addition was soy yogurt, but I don't see that as a possible issue.
I'm not freaking out, my clothes look fine, I look fine, but it I need to start seeing my weight go downwards. I know with the weekend coming up it probably will drop a bit, but then come monday it'll go up.
SO what I am slightly concerned about is that this is a "real" gain.
