Well, I stepped on the scale this morning and gained a pound from yesterday. This weekend is to blame. I ate poorly and drank beer...Plus, I think I am bloated because I should be visited by mother nature here shortly. I already did bad this morning by eating 2 fun size candy bars. yuck! Why? because it is sitting on my counter easy temptation. I must get back on track with logging and I need to start losing instead of gaining. What the frick! I bust my butt at the gym and I ruin it by coming home and eating. Since I have started dieting I do have to say that my house has never been cleaner. I avoid thinking about food by cleaning my house and doing laundry throughout the week. I think I need to get on the treadmill at night and run a mile...or 2 because I can proudly say that I know I can run a mile in 15 minutes or less...hhm, if you actually think about it, I could run 4 miles in an hour. I should make that my goal. Run 4 miles twice a week. My challenge, run 4 miles tonight on treadmill after dinner. Man, there are just not enough hours in the day!
