I never thought i would get o the day where I LOVE working out. You will not believe what all i did yesterday. I did 3 sessions of Turbo Jam (Learn & Burn, 20 Minute, and Ab Jam), I rode my bike 10 miles, and I had dance practice last night, and this CRAZY girl had us doing all kinds of stuff across the floor I was about to pass out. I know one thing I have to make sure I eat enough substance during the day on dance practice days becuse I can't afford to pig out after I get home which is around 10pm. I said I was going to rest today because i was kind of sore last night but I can not sit still I am going to go riding in about on hour or so after my breakfast digest and I watch 106 & Park. I am going to try and stay away from the Turbo Jam today. Wish me luck!!!!
