I have been doing terrible on my food. Obviously. My work outs are fine. Foods my struggle. Kids started base ball this summer and it’s got my schedule wonky so I’m eating too late. My own choice and problem, kinda knew this would happen. Better to catch it NOW than 20 lbs from now. Here we go, again, and again, aaaaand again for the first time!
