After completely losing dedication and going backwards, I'm almost down to the weight I started at back in November. it's not a lot of change either way but I'm glad to see things going in the right direction!
56.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
