So, my goal was 169, which I reached a while ago. I've been as low as 163, but "hover" around 165. Though my goal was higher, I have been HYPER AWARE of any little weight gain. Still trying to get to the point where I don't need to track my calories, or weigh myself daily.
Regardless, I've been incredibly happy with this app, and have recommended it to about 10 different people. And when they see what it has done for me, they are genuinely interested in it.
