Okay, I have come to the decision that not recording is not an option. I know that I can stream line the process because I am eating from a specific plan. I can not continue to make excuses and live this way. My weight continues to yo-yo but the yo-yo gets a little higher each time. I have got to change now.

I know that my family struggles with weight. It is evident in the pictures. When my mother was my age she was much smaller and she had 4 children not 2. My aunt was the same. I remember them always trying the latest workout craze and I KNOW that my mom finally just gave up the fight. My aunt has had the surgery and everything and is still overweight. My favorite uncle in the whole wide world died of obesity related stuff. I just can't give up and I can't continue to make excuses.

Either I am going to eat right or I am not. I have to exercise period!

Committing to get this thing under control. Goal or bust!
