Total weight loss since I started Atkins - 12 pounds is 22 days WOO HOO!! Even though last week was not the best - I'm going to look at the full journey On plan since 1/23/11 - even though I went higher on my carbs on some days - I still didn't let that give me the power to blow it and eat uncontrollably like I would in the past So I am making progress mentally & emotionally Thinking before I stuff my face.. putting thought into how and why I eat Keep my goal in mind And asking...will this help me achieve my goal? If not I choose NOT to eat it!! It isn't going to happen over night But it will!!
