イヌリン もともと便通はかなり良い方で妊娠中以外は便秘になった事無いんだけど、食物繊維摂れない時とかに使ってみよう。 どんな変化が起きるか楽しみ♪ ちなみにコレには小さいスプーンが入ってて、親切で使いやすい!
