I get asked for recipes all the time but my wife & I don't cook from recipes. General idea for braised chicken was sear, then sweat green onions & peppers, add spices - red pepper, chinese brown peppercorns; then miso, soy sauce, rice vinegar, stock .. braise till tender. Rice is rice with sauteed veggies. Corn is cooked in butter & bacon drippings with onions, peppers, jalapenos, etc....
