Eggplant looks delish and less calories than potatoes. We eat with our eyes first. A meal you can certainly be content with and proud of!

Crazycatchick I'm doing great :) I'm still working on not counting mentally, but I'm learning to listen to my body so I don't overeat! And I still managed to lose 1 kg so I guess it's good ☺️
