Today I did not wake up and workout and my throat was a little sore so I have taken it a little easy today. Work has been uber stressful and I have loaded up on vitamin c. I always get sick at the change of seasons may and oct. today I had the best lunch and even though it is process it tasted healthy. Dr. mcdougall's black bean quinoa salad. I told myself today that I was going to use this portal as a launch pad for highlighting all that is right in the world. I always find things I like but then the product throws a new and improved and it somehow loses its flavor.
