Something weird here. I know I gained weight on my recent vacation, but don't know how I could have lost nine pounds in a week. I double-checked so I am not seeing things. I'll take it, but don't see how it happened.

When you go on vacation and eat out a lot, there is tons of sodium in the food. So you may bloat up on vacation with water weight (along with some fat), lol! Then when you come home and change back to the way you normally eat the water weight comes back off. Plus, traveling can bloat you too. It happens.
